Clean Ounces Refund Policy
Breast pumps and accessories are personal-use items and cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used. If the product is unopened and unused, you can return it within 14 days of purchase, but you need to get approval first. Once the box seal is broken, the product cannot be returned. Returned items must be in good condition to qualify for a refund.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Timeframe: Initiate returns within 14 days of delivery.
Process

- Approval: Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
